The poll asked citizens to respond to ten questions -- five about the economy and five about culture and society -- on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1-5 being negative and 6-10 being positive. Seven citizens -- 25 percent of the Yurtyzstani population -- were selected to respond to the poll.
In the economy section, a majority of respondents rated the general concept of free-market capitalism highly, and almost all were strongly supportive of private enterprise. Most disapproved state-guaranteed employment, and of fiat currency, indicating support for the foreign-cash-backed currency proposed by Po Er Kwa Deul of the right-wing Impoverished Yurtyzstanis' Front. However, respondents were unanimously supportive of welfare programmes.
Respondents highly approved of individualism and secular rationalism, Asian cultures, and culture based on intellectual advances. Support for proletarian and North Korean culture has fallen significantly.
